**Overview**
Construction Fasteners is looking to add more members to our great team. We are looking for motivated individuals that enjoy working in a team environment. We have 2 positions open, one in shipping and the other in receiving.

**Duties**
- Efficiently manage the shipping and receiving of products, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Perform order picking and packing for outgoing shipments, adhering to quality standards.
- Load and unload packages from delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.
- Assist with the organization of the warehouse, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and distribution.

**Skills**
- Experience in a warehouse environment is essential, with a focus on shipping and receiving operations.
- Proficiency in order picking techniques and understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and basic computer skills
- Strong ability to load and unload packages safely, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all shipping and receiving tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
