Shipper/receiver

As a key member of the team, the **Shipper-Receiver** will act as a member of the operations team to ensure the proper shipping, recording, receiving, and warehousing of inbound and outbound shipments in a safe and timely manner.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Receiving and Shipping Duties include:

- Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and inspecting for damages or discrepancies.
- Process outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Prepare and organize shipping documentation, including shipping QA records, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.

Forklift Operations
- Operate material handling equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with the production team to manage material flow and prioritize tasks.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, with a key focus on lot code traceability, updating stock levels and locations daily.
- Validate inventory returned from production
- Assist with accurate cycle counts and physical inventory checks and reporting the reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Physically monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for production and customer orders.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and report them to the management team.
- 2+ years experience in a shipper-receiver or warehouse setting
- Forklift operation certification and experience required
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and motivate others in a team environment
- A willingness to tackle new projects and challenges
- A commitment to collaboration and getting the job done together
- Strong adaptability and change management skills

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Shipping & receiving: 2 years (required)
