**Location: Pride Marine Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Parts & Warranty Coordinator to join our Balsam Lake team.**

**What You'll Do**
- Deal with OEM’S for warranty
- Ensure parts are ordered within appropriate time lines
- Generate revenue by promoting retail and wholesale sales
- Provide excellent service for both retail and internal customers
- Work closely with Technicians and Customer Service to assign and keep track of all issued parts
- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary
- Ensure inventory control measures and procedures are adhered to
- Maintain inventory levels according to seasonal trends
- Process parts orders: IE order/receive and allocate
- Source all parts required for the service department
- Assist with scheduling of customer repair orders
- Ensure appropriate levels of customer communication
- Work with accounts payable to ensure all vendors are paid correctly
- Coordinate with CSR on all sublets
- Work with Location Manager to achieve budget goals
- Work as a team with all Crewmembers
- Commitment to personal development
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Lift heavy parts on a regular basis
- All other duties as assigned

**What We'd Like From You**
- 1 to 3 years with parts related experience in the automotive or marine industry considered an asset.
- Able to work irregular hours including weekends during peak periods

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
