Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the developing and retention of store staff, sales generation, KPI performance, operational excellence, visual presentation and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive Sales through strong KPI performance.
- Ensure that sales goals and expectations are achieved through customer service and regular monitoring.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place, dealing with issues quickly and courteously.
- Assist with training, challenging, motivating, encouraging, and providing constructive guidance to the store staff related to all areas of effective operations.
- Visual merchandising skills.
- Assist with ensuring operational excellence, as it relates to paperwork, shipping, receiving, transfers, markdowns and general organization.

Qualifications:

- Must have supervisory experience.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must have open, flexible schedule for full-time (32 hours/week minimum).
- Must have a minimum of 1 years of retail leadership experience.

Résumé du poste:
Le superviseur des ventes est chargé d'aider le directeur du magasin et le directeur adjoint du magasin à développer et à fidéliser le personnel du magasin, à générer des ventes, à réaliser des indicateurs de performance, à atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle, à assurer une présentation visuelle et à garantir un service à la clientèle d'une qualité exceptionnelle.

Responsabilités:

- Stimuler les ventes grâce à de solides performances en matière d'indicateurs clés de performance.
- Veiller à ce que les objectifs de vente et les attentes soient atteints grâce au service à la clientèle et à un suivi régulier.
- Assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle grâce à un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les initiatives en matière de service à la clientèle soient en place, en traitant les problèmes rapidement et avec courtoisie.
- Aider à former, stimuler, motiver, encourager et donner des conseils constructifs au personnel du magasin dans tous les domaines d'une exploitation efficace.
- Compétences en matière de merchandising visuel.
- Contribuer à garantir l'excellence opérationnelle en ce qui concerne la paperasserie, l'expédition, la réception, les transferts, les démarques et l'organisation générale.

Qualifications:

- Doit avoir une expérience de supervision.
- Doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
- Doit être capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et d'établir des priorités.
- Doit avoir un horaire ouvert et flexible à temps plein (32 heures/semaine minimum).
- Doit avoir un minimum d'un an d'expérience dans la direction d'un commerce de détail.
