**Position: Sales Supervisor**

**Location**: Edmonton, AB
**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Assist the Store Assistant Manager in training and managing staff. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth store operations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to prevent shortages.
- **Physical Tasks**: Engage in occasional physical labor, such as moving stock or assisting with store layout adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- **1+ years of retail experience** (supervisory or team lead experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to engage in physical tasks during store setup and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
