**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide feedback to the team to drive improvement in performance.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.

**Experience**
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in Retail sales.
- Experience in Tools and Hardware industry is an Asset.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in administrative tasks related to store management, including cash handling and inventory control.
- Demonstrated ability in training development and team management is essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to motivate others to achieve sales goals is a plus.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
