**What you’ll do**
As a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the team to provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients and maximize sales. Including but not limited to......
- Oversee daily store operations
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, organize meetings, and manage team calendars
- Lead team to meet sales targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and performance
- Develop and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and standards
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales for head office reporting
- Analyze sales and revenue for head office reporting
- Evaluate and improve customer service, respond to customer complaints, and escalate to higher management when needed
- Monitor staff performance; provide training
- Conduct interviews; select and train new staff
- Motivate staff to maintain morale and customer service standards
- Manage stock accurately
- Source and liaise with suppliers; monitor budget and restock products weekly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
**What you’ll need**
- 5 years of retail experience
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations
- Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
