Surrey, Canada All Elements Services & Restoration Full time

Flood & Fire Restoration and Building Maintenance Company is looking for a Full Time - office administrator to assist our project managers and production team.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Daily logístical planning for various ongoing projects and new claims
- Dispatching technicians with geographical and economical consideration
- Entering data, uploading photos, tracking equipment from technician’s daily updates
- Communicating and collaboration between multiple parties (i.e. property managers, adjusters, internal and external customers etc.)
- Creating emergency reports, transcribing scopes and estimates

Job Requirements:

- Available to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to problem solve
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to take direction
- Positive, solution-focused attitude

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
