**Location** - Remote/Hybrid

**Reports To** - Director, Human Resources

**Position Type** - 1 full-time position for 12 months with the possibility of extension pending budget availability and satisfactory performance.

**Quorum is currently looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Business Partner to join our growing team.**

You will be expected to work with other organizations or professional bodies to learn and improve the latest best practices on D&I efforts and act as the change agent to help build on our employer brand from the D&I lens.

The DEI Business Partner at Quorum will require excellent communication skills - ability to use your interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate project deliverables, convey and address ideas, challenges, and opportunities across several functions, teams, and departments, internally and externally.

**THE COMPANY**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the organization's vision, mission and values
- Work with leaders to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement solutions that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Provide guidance and support to employees on DEI-related matters, including training, mentoring, and coaching
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that DEI is integrated into all aspects of the organization, including recruitment, hiring, and promotion
- Build partnerships with external organizations to stay current on best practices and leverage resources that support DEI efforts
- Advance diversity related hiring practices Facilitate conversations and workshops on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Develop and manage budgets related to DEI initiatives

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent in related field
- 3+ years of experience in DEI or related field
- Diversity and Inclusion certificate an asset
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective DEI strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure impact
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate conversations and workshops on DEI-related topics
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of DEI best practices and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
