We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our **weldable wellhead installation and welding services** business across Alberta’s drilling market (Duvernay, Montney, Deep Basin, and surrounding plays). This role is focused on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and driving sales growth for our specialized wellhead solutions and pressure control equipment.

**Job Duties**

**Sales & Business Development**
- Develop and execute sales strategies for weldable wellhead installation and services across Alberta.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with drilling contractors and operators.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial bids.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements in line with company policies.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts in Western Canada.
- Maintain strong relationships with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.
- Provide technical support on wellheads, casing heads, and pressure control equipment.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs.
- Partner with field operations to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project execution.

**Market Growth & Strategy**
- Monitor rig activity and drilling programs to identify upcoming opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on Canadian basin trends and customer priorities.
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, forecasts, and new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5+ years of inside sales or business development experience** in oilfield services.
- Strong technical knowledge of **weldable wellheads, casing heads, and pressure control equipment**.
- Established customer network in Alberta’s drilling sector.
- Technical aptitude to understand wellhead installation and welding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Alberta to customer sites and industry events.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
