**Keltic Ford** is seeking a friendly and professional **Receptionist** to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll help create a welcoming experience while supporting daily operations across our sales and service departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Support dealership events and communications as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
