**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with medication and daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Help with meal escorts to ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Administer basic patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to appropriate personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, particularly in senior care, hospice care, or home care settings.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by the organization. Psw diploma required
