**Responsibilities**:

- Fleet care
- Maintain fleet tracking and stock flare (Geotab)
- Manage the fleet vendors and contracts
- Manage partner carriers
- Planning distribution center space & growth across tantrums 3 regions.
- Minimum visits across tantrum the Tantrum 3 regions
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff and the terminals to determine priorities for equipment repair and to improve our facilities
- Expense analyst and Control, to be able to monitor and optimize our operations
- Direct communication with partners
- Coordinate deliveries with WH Managers
- Insurance & Claims management
- Conducting weekly meetings with warehouse manager and facilitate communications across the Tantrum network
- Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Ensure best practices are shared and maintained in all locations
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
- Ensure productivity in a work environment
- Follow up with our Safety and health regulations (SST )
- **Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible hours based on operational needs
- Previous operations, transportation, experience preferred or similar role
- Minimum 3 years warehousing business experience/transportation freight is an asset
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Relevant degree in warehousing buisness is an asset
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, and word processing computer skills within a Microsoft environment.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
