**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

**Duties**
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu guidelines.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas, following sanitation protocols.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are utilized at all times to maintain food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience with kitchen equipment and tools is a plus, along with general kitchen experience.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
