**Responsibilities**
- Set up and arrange the breakfast area with food, beverages, and utensils
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items such as cereals, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure that all items are fresh and safe for consumption
- Greet guests warmly and ensure their breakfast experience is pleasant
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, including serving as needed
- Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
- Provide information about the breakfast menu and any special dietary options available
- Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Wash and restock dishes as needed
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and food storage areas regularly
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- General cleaning of the kitchen
- Assist in breakfast prep like cutting fruits and vegetables, bacon rolls, slicing meat
- Other duties as assigned to support operational needs and team objectives

**Job Requirements**
- Must have FoodSafe certification
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and excellent time management skills is an asset
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and maintain the professional standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible schedule, including availability for early morning shifts and weekends
- Adaptable to the demands of the shift

**Wage: $21.00 per hour**

**Reports to**: Chef
