The Guest Service Agent greets all incoming and departing guests with warmth and individual attention. The Guest Agent assists all guests with check-ins, check-outs, orienting them with their stay, and any requests the guest may have. In addition, they are required to maintain a well-organized room’s inventory and room assignments.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional environment for our guests and team
- Responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain rooms inventory, reservations, and room assignments
- Provide concierge service for guests
- Promote the products and services of the hotel, ensuring better business growth
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy
- Attend appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions
- Assist with luggage, storage, package delivery
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Observe and report security issues
- Proper observance of security checklists
- Guest room deliveries as requested
- Ensure the Front Desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable
- Other duties as assigned to support operational needs and team objectives

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is an asset
- Previous reservation systems experience preferred but not required
- Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent guest service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent time-management and communication skills.
- Adaptable to the demands of the day while maintaining company standards.
- Must have a flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Wage: $21.10 per hour**

**Reports to**: Front Desk Manager or designate

Pay: From $21.10 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
