Laser Clinics is the largest cosmetic clinic in the world, specializing in Laser Hair Removal, Skin Treatments, Cosmetic Injectables and Body Sculpting. Every client that enters our clinic is asked “what results are you looking for”.

Lead our confidence journey as **Clinic Concierge**at our **Scarborough Town Centre** clinic.

As the **Clinic Concierge**, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of GOOD by:

- Be the first point of contact for our clients when they enter our clinics
- Provide an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint
- Report cash and inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clinic rooms and reception areas
- Manage stock and consumer items and replenish as required
- Passionate about the hair and beauty industry
- Educate clients on pre and post-care by recommending skin care products
- Answering questions and assisting walk in clients with booking consultations and treatments
- Maintain accurate and up to date client notes and records

**Experience**
- Experience in the beauty industry, especially medical aesthetics is desirable
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service in a similar environment; a healthcare, cosmetic or medical setting strongly preferred

**Qualifications**
- Completion of Secondary Education or equivalent.
- Qualifications in sales, customer service or administration highly regarded

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
