**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling food orders and cash transactions. Your ability to upsell menu items and maintain a clean, sanitized environment will contribute to our customers’ overall dining experience.

**Duties**
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about the menu, and guide them through ordering.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and assemble burritos, tacos, bowls, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the prep and dining areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, handle customer payments accurately, and ensure correct change is given.
- **Restocking and Inventory**: Refill ingredients, supplies, and utensils as needed, and assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work together with fellow team members to ensure orders are prepared quickly and meet customer expectations.
- **Handle Deliveries**: Assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries, ensuring that products are stored correctly and within expiry dates.
- **Follow Company Standards**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- **Promote Menu Items**: Offer suggestions and upsell additional items like drinks, desserts, or extras to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Assist with Special Requests**: Accommodate dietary restrictions or customer modifications to ensure a positive dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Willingness to help team members and collaborate for efficient service.

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
