**Role: Construction Manager, Industrial**

**Location: Country Canada Wide**

Reporting to the respective site Project Manager, the duties of the Construction Manager will include:

- Ensure plans and schedules have been optimized and integrated by incorporating building trade, Corporate and industry best practices;
- Management and oversight of subcontractor work scopes and installation;
- Organization and preparation of labour resource requests;
- Supervise the Superintendent teams and the respective trades crews;
- Ensure production within the field is being met through daily walk downs and engagement;
- Discuss and assist with any construction challenges that come up within installation;
- Above all else, promote safety to all within the field and on site
- 15+ years construction management experience required;
- Past experience leading multi-million project scopes, preferrable in an industrial environment;
- Experience working and motivating staff and trades teams;
- Able to identify budget and project costs and recommend options to mitigate project delays;
- Possess verbal, written and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of design build and other alternative build techniques;
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and production time management preferred;
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.
