The Front Room Crew ensures an excellent experience for their guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. The Front Room Crew cares for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty. The Front Room Crew also ensures the dining room is kept clean and presentable and contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant.

**DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS**:
**Front Room**
- Greeting and Serving Guest.
- Handling guest orders in front room and drive thru responsibly.
- Taking responsibility to maintain a clean dining room as well as other facilities utilized by guest.
- Being accountable for and maintaining designated cashier float, as well as receipts and
coupons.
- Value flexibility - this includes availability to work flexible hours like early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Produces high quality products accurately and efficiently.
- Value flexibility - this includes availability to work flexible hours like early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
- Is able to lift and carry up to 20 kg / 45 lbs.
- Effective communication skills.

**Work Experience**:

- A&W or Fast Food work experience is an asset, but no minimum requirement

**Shift Timings**:

- 3PM - 11PM
- 7AM - 3PM

**Hourly Pay Rate: $**15.50 - $16.50

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
