Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to two companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with booking service calls, booking sold estimates, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system on every incoming call
- Assist with on call coverage 1-2 shifts a month
- Rotating Saturdays which has some dispatching aspects
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or directing tasks to alternate departments to assist with the customers request.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including booking rates

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems, Service Titan experience is a bonus but not required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Googles G suite platform
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 54 per week

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
