**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Exhibit Production Technician** to join our warehouse and production team. You’ll be responsible for pulling, packaging, prepping, and building trade show exhibits in our facility before they are shipped to shows. This role requires excellent attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Pull furniture, displays, graphics, millwork, floral, plants, lighting, and other exhibit materials for projects.
- Package and prep trade show booths for pre-staging and shipping.
- Read, write, and track packing slips for outgoing and inbound shipments.
- Maintain and track inventory in the warehouse.
- Assist in custom millwork and exhibit fabrication in the shop when possible.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure all projects are built, pre-staged, and shipped on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in all projects — trade shows are deadline-sensitive and require strong attention to detail.
**Requirements**:
- Previous warehouse or fabrication experience preferred (especially in the trade show or event industry).
- Ability to read and write packing slips accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to trade shows (optional, but opportunity available).
