I&D Service Technician
- Summary _

The Service Technician’s role is to ensure the safe and accurate assembly of all exhibits, deliver required services directly to clients on site or remotely, help manage client and rental assets, ensure the warehouse/shop is kept clean and organized, and repair & replace exhibits when required. This position is a full-time position requiring 40 hours/week.
- Essential Duties/Responsibilities _
- Tradeshow Install and Dismantle _
- On-site trade show exhibit installation & dismantle
- On-site packing, re-packing and shipping of client materials
- Inspect jobs that are built and set up to make sure they are complete, in good condition and free of discrepancies.
- Pull, prep and packaging of client exhibits to prepare for shipping
- Work with Project Managers to complete scheduled jobs
- Effectively communicate between the client, operations and other technicians to ensure the project’s success
- Build and repair exhibits as required
- Maintain and enforce proper safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area daily
- Make sure jobs are packed properly to prevent damage and adhere to established quality standards
- Ensure quality of work meets organization standards for all I & D jobs
- Shop / Warehouse Maintenance _
- Ensuring the warehouse stays neatly organized and clean at all times
- Ensure Exhibit Force inventory and shipping information is up to date
- Assist in development of forms & tools & processes to increase company efficiency and risk management
- Required Work Experience / Skills / Attributes _
- Methodical attention to detail
- Ability to cope with conflict, stress & crisis situations.
- Clean Drivers Licence
- Valid Passport
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Trade Show industry experience is considered an asset
- Microsoft Office Experience

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
