**Colonial Honda **is seeking a** Finance and Insurance Manager **to join our team

As the **Finance and Insurance Manager** at **Colonial Honda**, you will play a key role in assisting customers with securing financing and insurance for their vehicle purchases. Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of lending options are essential for success in this position. Your primary objective is to guide customers in making well-informed financial decisions.

**Wage Range: 100% Commission - Earning Potential of $100,000+ annually**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Be a liaison between our lenders and our clients, ensuring our client's automotive financing needs are met
- Process lease and finance deals in a timely manner in accordance with lending institutions and manufacturers
- Advise clients of insurance, warranties, and vehicle care options to enhance their experience
- Provide the sales team with up-to-date training on programs, options and products
- Accurately prepare all documentation for clients at the time of vehicle delivery

**Requirements**:

- A proven sales background
- Experience in sales and financing in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles related to prime, subprime, and other non-traditional finance
- Ability to read credit bureau reports
- Excellent client service skills
