Customer Service Representative

Pointe-Claire, Québec

Growing company located in Pointe-Claire in the distribution of pet products is looking for a customer service representative to join their team.

The Role

Under the supervision of the general manager the bilingual customer service representative is responsible for order entry, issuing credit/returns, answering phones, creating new accounts and customers inquiries. The ultimate goal is to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities
- Developing a detailed knowledge of the order entry system
- Ensuring correct price, product number, description, etc.
- Issuing credits and returns
- Keeping customers informed of status of orders, inquiries, shipments, problems, etc
- Have courtesy, patience, and a positive attitude when dealing with all customer

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- A minimum of 1 years of related experience (B2B/B2C customer service)
- Good computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.)
- Must have a positive and optimistic attitude
- Be a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Schedule

Available between the hours of 9am-5pm

Full-time or part-time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- POINTE-CLAIRE, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
