**Bow Tie Pizza** is a fast-growing, locally owned Calgary brand that’s setting new standards in the pizza industry. We’re looking for an **experienced General Manager** to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations—driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage, train, and support a team of 8-18 employees
- Drive financial performance by meeting sales, cost, and labor targets
- Implement company policies and uphold compliance with food safety and labor regulations
- Prepare reports, manage cash controls, and monitor inventory
- Lead by example, working alongside the team to deliver results

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 3 years in restaurant or quick-service operations, with 1+ year in management
- A hands-on leader who motivates and inspires by working with the team
- Strong people skills and customer-first mindset
- Energy and stamina to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$72,000.00 per year

- People Management: 2 years (preferred)
