**What YOU Will Do**

To manage our growing portfolio of projects under construction and operations, you will be part of an Asset Management team within Pomerleau Capital, managing the various contracts under your responsibility. Our portfolio of assets is primarily comprised of projects executed under a design-build-finance (“DBF”) or a design-build-finance-operate-maintain (“DBFOM”) procurement model. You will report directly to the Senior Manager Finance and Director Asset Management.
- Prepare all finance documentation for milestone payments for review by Sr. Manager.
- Manage and provide the administrative and collateral agent and other applicable finance parties with appropriate documentation relating to draw requests, security documents, compliance with obligations and reporting requirements under the finance documents
- Liaise with and monitor advisors (legal, audit, insurance etc.) to ensure that the Project Company meets its obligations under the finance documents
- Prepare monthly draws requests for approval of Sr. Manager
- Prepare for review of the Sr. Manager on an ongoing basis information on the management of the Project Company including:

- Annual operating budget
- Quarterly unaudited profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Liaise with external auditor for the preparation of audited financial statements
- Prepare any documentation as required under the finance agreements.
- Prepare for review by the Sr. Manager monthly financial statements for each project under your responsibility.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- CPA designation is a requirement for this position.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction or related industry
- Design Build/Finance and/or Design/Build/Finance Maintain (P3) experience would be an asset.
- Fluently bilingual, French and English
- Strong business acumen and focus
- Ability to understand and manage contractual agreements including but not limited to credit agreements, partnership agreements and O&M agreements
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Relationship-building skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other project specific team members including Lenders and Technical Advisors.
- A team player who can work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, cope with changing priorities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Minimal travel (approx. 5%) may be required to project sites within Canada.
