**OVERVIEW**

Under the supervision of the General Manager, Finance - Kruger Packaging Holding L.P., the Finance Manager ensures that all appropriate financial controls are in place. The Finance Manager also ensures that financial information is managed and processed constantly and effectively in order to provide management with quality financial information to support its overall activities and strategic division decisions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Consolidates and performs consolidated variance analyses for results, budgets and quarterly forecasts on behalf of the Division and submits reports to senior management (monthly / quarterly / annually) ;
- Prepares consolidated reports for five‐year’s strategic planning activities, the semi‐annual reviews and the credit reviews ;
- Organizes, oversee and consolidate budget planning, financial forecasting process, value creation and CapEx program activities with each site in the Division ;
- Indirectly supervises and directly supports comptrollers at each of the Division’s sites:

- supports controller’s development in the accounting and financial fields at each site ;
- Supports all of the Division’s functions during contract negotiations and collective agreement renewals ;
- Supports all of the Division’s functions in situations of due diligence by providing the necessary financial analyses ;
- Monitorsthe following items at each site:

- Promotes and contributes to continuousimprovement of the division’s processes and systems;
- Supports the development of operational initiativesfrom a financial perspective;

**REQUIREMENTS**

EDUCATION
- Bachelor of Accounting and CPA certification.
- Ability to use and optimize computersoftware (MS Office, JDE, IBM Cognos).

EXPERIENCE AND APTITUDES
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Finance Manager in a manufacturing environment or something equivalent;
- Strong business acumen.
- Bilingual ‐ French / English (perfectly fluent).
