**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the EHS senior leadership team
- Coordinate Travel for EHS Executives
- Process department invoices
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings
- Coordinate and participate in team meetings, manage agenda items and take minutes as requested
- Plan, organize and follow-up on details related to offsite meetings
- Assist EHS personnel in meeting the requirements and deadlines for reporting
- Assist with the set-up of new EHS team members and supervisors, organizing new user accounts, phones, etc to ensure compliance to the EHS program
- Support Initiative digital systems improvements in EHS
- Assist EHS personnel in meeting the requirements and deadlines for reporting

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- At least (2) years’ experience working in an administrative role in the construction industry (EHS experience is considered an asset)
- Safety related post-secondary education / interest is considered an asset
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong systems skills and ability to learn new systems such as SiteDocs and Cority
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience in preparing reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required
- Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with mínimal direction
- Effective organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure work environment
