Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating prices, discounts and other conditions;
- Responsible for accurate entry, proofing and maintenance of purchase orders and proactively following up with vendors on pending orders and delivery schedules;
- Maintaining accuracy of system data, while creating and verifying products and vendors, including costing information;
- Reviewing vendors’ quotes and conditions to ensure getting the best deals;
- Communication with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and reduced lead times and proactively following up with vendors on pending orders and delivery schedules;
- Maintaining vendors’ price lists; collaboration with other departments in case of price changes;
- Verifying paperwork to ensure accuracy (including pricing); resolve issues and/or discrepancies;
- Support Supply Chain Manager with developing the Company’s strategic procurement plan;

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Administration;
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management;
- Detail oriented;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Experience working with ERP;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
