**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
- Measure, cut, trim, and prepare materials for assembly.
- Operate equipment such as man lifts, scaffolding and pole jack systems.
- Perform installations of products with precision and attention to detail.
- Inspect the finished product to ensure specified standards and quality.
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment.
- Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing and finishing of installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Communicate installation issues and provide solutions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry, maintenance person services, or related fields.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to manage time and priorities and use materials efficiently.
- Patience, dependability, and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
