We're a construction company specializing in siding installs and masonry prep.

We're currently looking for Siding Installers:
Primary requirements are experience with installing rainscreen, hardie planks, hardie panels.

Preferred but not required:
Experience with metal cladding, ACM, peel and stick membranes, angle iron install, clips, insulation
- Will be working off heights. This means ladders up to 12', scaffolding and aerial lifts. We will supply all safety equipment, machinery, training and certification.
- You will be using hand tools and power tools.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, 66lb much less frequently.

Skilled Labour

Pay is $25-35/hour depending on experience and fit, plus job bonuses

Applicants that have experience in masonry and siding will have an advantage.

General employee requirements
- All applicants need to have their own vehicle/transportation to work. Reliably, every single workday.
- No intoxicated employees on site.
- After training is done on a skill, employees are expected work alone. None of those skills require a helper. You won't be the only employee on a jobsite, but you will work alone.
- There are some exceptions where a helper is needed and we will make sure you have one.
- You will be expected to show up to work with a clear head and be motivated to learn and produce.
- We have a big emphasis on production. You will be given a reasonable daily quota and will be expected to meet it.
- We have fulltime hours, with tons overtime available.

Basic english is needed, Español is welcome.

Most of the work is in the Fraser Valley

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
