**Duties of this position include but are not limited to**:

- Install various products and materials according to project specifications
Flashings,metal siding and soffits, wood siding and soffits, fibre cement products (hardie plank, hardie panels, artisan siding, board and battens), acm panels, al 13, fascia boards, shingles(cedar and fibre cement)
- Scaffolding skills (temporary wood scaffolding and regular scaffolding)
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Caulk and seal installed products to ensure proper functionality and appearance
- Install building wrap and waterproofing
- Follow blueprints and instructions to accurately complete installations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Boom lift tickets and operating knowledge is an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Previous siding experience as an installer, carpenter,(5 years minimum)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Tools required / Provided**:
Company provides with all the major and consumables tools.
Employees are required to provide ppe and personal tools (pouch and hand tools)

Ability to commute;
Ability to commute to sites which may inc;
Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley.
Team meet up locations available.
Driver's license is an asset.
- Benefits package included following completion of 3 month probation period.
- Bonus included following completion of 1 year.

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Siding: 5 years (required)
