We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented User Experience & E-Commerce Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities**:In this role, the Coordinator will:

- **Oversee and optimize Insight Psychological’s suite of digital tools and platforms, including**:

- **PsychOwl Mental Health Hub**: A cutting-edge, user-friendly online platform designed to provide accessible mental health resources for everyone—from the general public to educators (K-12 to university) and workplaces. The hub features:

- Thousands of practical, therapist-vetted resources.
- An interactive directory of mental health professionals tailored to users’ geographical locations.
- Online communities and activities to foster mental health support.
- A holistic wellness e-marketplace offering curated self-care products and trusted vendors to promote overall well-being.
- **Remii App**: Insight Psychological’s companion app, enabling users to book and manage appointments, access resources, stay informed about updates, sign up for events, and more.
- **MyPsychPulse**: A premium mental health and workplace stress scan designed for individuals and organizations.
- **PsyRisk**: A comprehensive workplace psychosocial risk assessment and management tool.
- **Other digital tools** as they are introduced.
- Ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize platform functionality and satisfaction.
- Address technical or usability issues promptly to maintain a high-quality user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, enhancements, and innovative features for all digital tools.
- Manage e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate product listings, and a user-friendly purchasing process.
- Develop user training materials and guides to support effective platform use for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding, messaging, and functionality across all digital tools.
- Stay ahead of digital trends by researching emerging technologies and recommending strategies to elevate Insight Psychological’s digital offerings.
- Create detailed reports on platform performance to share insights and recommendations with leadership and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., User Experience Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or Psychology) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing digital tools or platforms, preferably in a health or wellness setting.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships while delivering first-rate customer service.
- Action
- and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, Canva, and a willingness to quickly learn tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, MailChimp, Buffer, SurveyMonkey, and other tools as applicable.
