**Major Responsibilities**:

- Aligns branch strategy with LCI Strategic plan, promotes sales growth by directing efforts of sales staff, effective store layout, local marketing efforts.
- Manages day-to-day operations of the store.
- Management of the truck fleet
- Supervises the daily activities of Inside Sales and Warehouse staff.
- Provides training and development to ensure optimum performance from staff.
- Manages performance of staff, helps hire new staff.
- Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained and monitors purchases to control expenses.
- Awareness of the annual budget and ensures objectives are attained.
- Develops sales and operating strategies with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ensures safety guidelines are met in all aspects of business in accordance with policy and procedure.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma - Commerce, Business or Marketing, Welding or applicable preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience selling to industrial segment, such as mining, forestry, and manufacturing will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with driving and provincial transport regulations considered an asset
- Experience in a retail environment.
