To continue this mission, we are seeking a skilled Solar Technical Support Rep who shares our passion for renewable energy and possesses excellent technical skills.

**As a Solar Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Receive support and maintenance requests from clients.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to solar monitoring and installations.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to diagnose and rectify issues.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipment and installation of replacement parts.
- Create clients’ online monitoring accounts.
- Prepare and print weekly install packages.
- Improve procedures and practices through critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Assets**:

- Solar PV Experience
- Alternative Energy Technology Diploma (or related).
- Experience with CRM’s
- Electrical / Utility / Solar industry knowledge
- Administrative experience

As a Solar Technical Support Rep with Kuby Renewable Energy, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and challenging projects, develop your skills and contribute to the transition to renewable energy.


**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
