We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail sales and has strong leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Train and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to increase sales
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase brand awareness
- Assist with store merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing budgets
- Sales management skills to drive revenue growth through effective selling techniques
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable pricing terms with suppliers
- Store management experience including inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Budgeting skills to assist with financial planning and expense control
