**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train staff to enhance their skills in customer service, sales, and merchandising.
- Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing and pricing strategies.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering and payroll management.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store events.
- Maintain organized records for bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and time management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain store cleanliness.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, budgeting, merchandising, and sales management.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
