We are a dynamic and rapidly growing education institute seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Marketing Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Create engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience.

**2. Video Editing**:

- Proficient in video editing software to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
- Ability to create and edit promotional videos, tutorials, and other content for various marketing channels, with a strong focus on YouTube.

**3. YouTube Marketing**:

- Thorough understanding of YouTube algorithms and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on the YouTube channel.

**4. Online Course Platforms**:

- Familiarity with online course platforms, particularly Teachable.
- Manage and optimize content on these platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience for our audience.

**5.** **Multilingual Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and written Chinese is essential for effective communication with our diverse audience.

**6. Affiliate Marketing**:

- Implement and manage affiliate marketing programs to increase brand visibility and drive revenue.
- Create and track affiliate links, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in education.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Visla).
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube marketing strategies and best practices.
- Experience with online course platforms, especially Teachable.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and written Chinese.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.18-$20.91 per hour
