**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing a high standard of esthetic services to clients with attention to quality, detail, and service, including but not limited to waxing, manicures, pedicures, body treatments, facials, and any other spa services offered.
- Perform each service to our standards and protocols.
- Inform clients about the benefits of our skin care line; achieve retail sales targets.
- Ability to maintain all COVID-19 operating regulations/standards.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required.

**Qualifications**
- Esthetics diploma and be certified in waxing, manicures, pedicures, and facial services to be considered.

**Experience**
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Aesthetician.
- Experience working in a spa environment.

**Skills**
- Be an expert in your craft by providing outstanding services and experiences to clients.
- Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and self-motivated to excel.
- Has a positive working attitude.
- Basic computer skills, and /or experience with working with Book4Time software
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions.
- Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**Working Conditions**
- Work environment - Work is primarily indoors
- Physical Effort - Capable of frequent bending, standing, and walking for extended period of time
- Shifts - Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including evenings, weekend, and holidays
