**About you**:
You are a highly motivated individual who is dynamic and has a passion for medical aesthetics. You possess strong communication skills and a strong sense of self. You have a caring and composed attitude, with an unmistakable drive for personal growth and excellence.

Previous work experience as a Medical Aesthetician (ideal)

Previous retail or hospitality industry experience (beneficial)

Strong communication and social skills (required)

Certification in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized Canadian college or institution (required)

Full training for all procedures will be provided with the expectations that the medical aesthetician will become proficient and able to work independently.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Be compassionate and understanding to ensure a comfortable and calm environment

Own responsibility for performing medical aesthetic services on completion of training

Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training

Maintain service and retail knowledge of the treatments that the clinic provides

Perform administrative duties to ensure client’s needs and expectations are achieved

Maintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide smooth patient flow and treatment

Allow for flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs

Work effectively as a part of a team as well as independently

Participate in promotional and educational events, and remain current on updates in the industry including best practices

Provide individualized assessments of clients, and recommend appropriate medical aesthetic procedures and/or treatments

Perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate medical grade skin care regiments.

Ensure complete and accurate documentation of client charts and profiles, including patient’s before and after photos

Maintain strong client relationships, as well as client privacy and confidentiality

Generate, and follow up on, patient leads via online marketing and social media

Miscellaneous administrative/clinical/other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:
