As we rapidly grow our team and locations, GraceMed is looking for an experienced, patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our team. you will be directly responsible for providing world-class, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients. You provide a comfortable environment, ensuring the patient’s needs are met during the appointment and have exceptional outcomes. The Medical Aesthetician will complete consultations with patients, develop & deliver their treatment plans and provide education to patients on GraceMed’s products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide world-class service to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Assess and conduct medical aesthetic treatments and follow ups to patients.
- Provide patient care including but not limited to:

- Conduct intake of patients.
- Complete patient consultations.
- Educate the patient on treatment and skin care options to address their concerns.
- Make comprehensive recommendations including injectables, skin care and surgery.
- Collaborate with patient to develop comprehensive treatment plans to help the patient achieve their desired outcomes.
- Review and discuss post-care instructions with patients
- Provide Skin Care Procedures and follow ups
- Maintain effective operation and cleanliness of devices
- Maintain clean and organized treatment room
- Diligent and up-to-date with patient files and charting
- Inventory management (ordering, regular counting)
- Assist with scheduling referrals and preparing paper charts when required
- Assist with Social Media posts/Before & After photos/consents
- Scheduling consultation/procedures and answering incoming phone calls regarding available services, procedures, products, and consultation fees
- Registering patients in computer system scheduling appointment reminder calls
- Performing financial transactions such as debit, credit card and cash
- Performing billing transactions through Medical EMR system
- Other responsibilities as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Certification in medical aesthetics from an accredited program
- 3+ years experience in luxury customer focused Medical Aesthetician role and/or cosmetic clinic experience
- Experience with Facials, IPL’s, Microneedling, Microneedling with PRP and VISIA
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence and sell service with openness and honesty.
- Self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance (achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs).
- Proficiency and comfort with using technology and software: EMR, PMS (Patient Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to conduct treatment efficiently and effectively.
- Passion for the patient experience
- Expert product knowledge of the used products as well as basic knowledge of major brands
