**Position Overview**

The Enterprise Analyst, under the direction of the IT Manager, will be responsible for evaluating, validating, and maintaining enterprise systems that enhance business efficiency. The Enterprise Analyst will have strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders to understand technical problems and identify solutions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Gathering, evaluating, documenting, and validating business requirements and translating them to actionable deliverables.
- Coordinate and participate in testing activities.
- Developing change management documentation for integrations of new systems within existing infrastructure.
- Building and supporting data integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and artifacts for supported systems.
- Maintain effective communication with management, team members and business stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree or College Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in the areas of project management, client relationship management and technical services delivery is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze situations/problems systematically, coordinating with the other teams (Infrastructure, Architecture, Development, Security, and Project Management) to deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical, creative problem solving and collaborative decision-making abilities.
