The AI Analyst is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and operationalizing generative AI opportunities across Human Resources. This role bridges technical capabilities with strategic business needs, ensuring that GenAI solutions are aligned with enterprise goals, deliver measurable value, and adhere to governance standards.
