**What are your responsibilities as an Automotive Front Counter Sales Representative?**
- Maintain friendly and frequent contact with all customers coming to counter for sales and assist with problem solving and maintaining open communication,
- Order any out of stock, special order items, create purchase orders, transfers, and follow up with customers by phone calls to completion of invoice,
- Maintain orderly files and clean records of all transactions, as well as accurate cash drawer,
- Observe changes in inventory as to ensure minimum stock levels and store showroom appearance is appropriate,
- Work with warehouse personnel to ensure tickets are printed and parts are pulled in a timely fashion to ensure customers’ parts are ready in a timely fashion, and
- Assume other duties as assigned.

**What is the profile we are looking for?**
- High school diploma, or higher,
- Automotive Knowledge is a strong asset,
- Must have a customer-oriented mentality,
- Must have good communication skills (Written and Oral),
- Must have the ability to deal tactfully with customers, and

**Job Requirements**

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:Prior automotive experience is preferred. Strong customer service background. Strong people skills. The ability to upsell and get customers to try new products. Problem solving ability.

**Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment**:Frequent sitting and standing. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. May be required to move/lift up to 75 pounds.
