Application Support Specialist

Edmonton, Canada GEF Seniors Housing Full time

**Details**:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to

4:00 PM _(evening and weekend shifts as needed)_

**Pay Scale**:Commensurate with education and experience

**Location**: Central Services, 14220 - 109 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB, T5N 4B3 _(travel between various GEF sites is required, mileage paid)_

Ability to manage _**SharePoint, MS Teams, and website,**_ maintain and develop custom workflows and menu sets for ERP, interpret user requirements and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Educational background in a technical or related field
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience working with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of software solutions is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent training and coaching skills
- Proven ability to provide strong analytical and problem-solving solutions and to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills while dealing with internal and external customers/ vendors

**The successful applicant will be required to undergo a criminal records check and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.**

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
