Front Desk Executive Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the reception of visitors at the company's front desk, answering and transferring phone calls, and docking with property-related affairs.

2. Responsible for basic affairs such as employee attendance management and conference room allocation management.

3. Responsible for the purchase, storage, distribution, registration, and management of office supplies.

4. Responsible for workplace safety, hygiene management, and maintaining a good office environment.

5. Assist superiors to organize various activities of the company and do a good job in logistics support.

6. Complete other comprehensive affairs assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, secretary, business administration, and human resource management majors are most preferred.

2. More than 1 year of relevant work experience in front desk reception, clerk, or assistant.

3. Good communication and writing skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), other software, and related office equipment.

4. A height of at least 160cm (5'3'') is preferred, a good image and temperament, and a sincere and cheerful personality.

5. A serious and responsible work ethic, with strong adaptability/flexibility and good awareness to provide service.

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
