We are a family owned promotional products company in Fergus, Ontario has immediate opening for an Embroidery Machine Operator. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up, however, preference may be given to someone with experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set-up and operate multi-head embroidery machine(s) according to customer requirements.
- Maintain the highest of quality standards at all times.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure orders are produced according to customer requirements.
- Inspect, trim (clean), fold and pack orders.
- Troubleshoot machine issues.
- Performance preventive maintenance to ensure machines are well taken care of and maintained. (oiling, dust, lint removal)
- Assist in other departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A commitment to quality in all aspects.
- Enjoys working as a close-knit group and has a great attitude
- Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work over-time as required.

Full-time, Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4:00, overtime, benefits, life insurance, paid sick days, uniform allowance

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Work Location: In person
