We are seeking a highly skilled **Manufacturing Technician** - a hands-on role responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing industrial machines while also supporting production orders, purchasing, and inventory management. This position works closely with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure equipment is built accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
- Perform electrical wiring, panel wiring, and cable routing per schematics and standards
- Install compressors, sensors, pumps, actuators, and instrumentation
- Perform troubleshooting of assembled machines
- Identify and resolve assembly, wiring, or component issues in coordination with engineering
- Configure panel component software settings prior for assembly or testing
- Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and documentation of test results
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the MRP system
- Monitor stock levels, shortages, and critical components
- Support receiving inspections, material staging, and kitting for production orders
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear communication with engineering and production team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on experience with a MRP system
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOMs, and production workflows
- Experience with wiring and configuring electrical hardware is an asset

**Salary & Benefits**

$50K-$65K per year
