Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking Laborer/First-Year Apprentice to assist with repiping projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in plumbing. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with experienced plumbers, and learn the ins and outs of residential plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist plumbers with residential repiping projects, including removing old Poly-B pipes and installing new piping systems
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work is performed
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Assist with drywall patching and cleanup post-repiping
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Qualifications:

- Interest in plumbing and construction
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required)
- Previous construction or plumbing experience is an asset but not necessary
